Production Positions

Production team members review job routers and technical drawings to determine requirements, set up machines, tools, and parts, and operate equipment to complete each job. This role requires careful inspection of finished parts to ensure full compliance with all specifications.

Industrial Machining Operator

For candidates with a strong mechanical inclination and a desire to be trained in the machining trades. Limited or no specific machine tool experience is required.

Journeyman Machinist

For candidates who have completed a formal training program (vocational school, apprenticeship) OR at least two years of experience in machining trades (e.g., milling or lathe work).

OD Cylindrical Grinding Machinist

For candidates with a minimum of one year of experience setting up and operating center-type cylindrical grinding machines.

Centerless Grinding Machinist

For candidates with a minimum of one year of experience setting up and operating various types of centerless grinders (bar-feed, thru-feed, or infeed).

Master Machinist

For candidates with extensive experience (15+ years) and mastery of a wide range of machining processes, materials, tools, abrasives, inspection processes, and equipment across various machine tools.

Engineering Positions

Machining Engineer

Responsibilities: Engagement with customers, order initiation, part routing, order entry, inventory management, engineering design and CAD/CAM, supporting shop production, process improvement for efficiency and quality, and collaborating closely with production personnel.

‍Qualifications: Candidates must have extensive experience reading mechanical prints and understanding dimensioning/tolerances. Must be fluent with a wide range of machining and heat treating processes, engineering constraints, and have mastery of mechanical drafting and CAD/CAM software. Candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong digital literacy and comfort utilizing cloud-based collaboration tools.
