Production team members review job routers and technical drawings to determine requirements, set up machines, tools, and parts, and operate equipment to complete each job. This role requires careful inspection of finished parts to ensure full compliance with all specifications.
For candidates with a strong mechanical inclination and a desire to be trained in the machining trades. Limited or no specific machine tool experience is required.
For candidates who have completed a formal training program (vocational school, apprenticeship) OR at least two years of experience in machining trades (e.g., milling or lathe work).
For candidates with a minimum of one year of experience setting up and operating center-type cylindrical grinding machines.
For candidates with a minimum of one year of experience setting up and operating various types of centerless grinders (bar-feed, thru-feed, or infeed).
For candidates with extensive experience (15+ years) and mastery of a wide range of machining processes, materials, tools, abrasives, inspection processes, and equipment across various machine tools.
