General Terms

Please see below for the general terms and conditions applicable to all of our services and products.

Overdue accounts may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month.
Payments made by credit card are subject to a surcharge to cover processing fees.
Metzger Machine, Pinnacle Roller, and Midwest Precision Grinding warrant the work performed against defect or nonconformance to agreed-upon specifications. Liability is limited to the work and materials supplied by Metzger Machine, Pinnacle Roller, and Midwest Precision Grinding, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Unless otherwise noted, quotes do not include costs for building or repairing crates, bearing removal and/or replacement, journal/bore repairs, balancing, straightening, or other mechanical repairs not explicitly in the scope of repair.
Particularly in regard to journal repairs for roll recovers, necessary mechanical/journal repairs will be performed as approved, for an additional charge.
Line items acknowledged without a price will be priced on a Time & Material basis after work is completed, unless explicitly noted as a no-charge item.
Price at time of order may be affected by changes in material pricing, if order is placed after quote has expired.
Outbound shipments may be subject to a handling charge.
All shipments are assumed to be FOB our facilities, unless otherwise noted.
Dry Run Charges: Jobs that cannot be processed due to defects or non-conformance of incoming materials supplied by customer may be subject to charges for expenses incurred in setting up the job before the non-conformance could be determined.
Quoted prices do not include non-bulk packaging requirements or any pre-machining outside the scope of quoted work that might be necessary to accommodate processing requirements. If additional charges are required, customer will be notified prior to the additional work being performed.
